Position Vacant: Clinical Affairs Manager

Summary of Vacant Role:

• Facilitate clinical study or research proposal process and oversee the study progress after approval
• Gather and analyses clinic performance data, both clinical and operations to help with business development status
• Manage contracts and service delivery agreements with the research coordinator
• Managed study contractors to help apply the study proposal and monitor the progress
• Assists with clinical assignments of the organization
• Works with Medical Advisory Council and organize a meeting on a regular basis
• Coordinate local clinical data upload to AP database
• Manage and instruct allocation clinics to provide counseling and guidance as needed, including but not limited to staff management, quality management, cost management, patient management, incident implementation

Qualifications, Experience, and Characteristics Required: 

• 5+ years prior experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting, work experience on hemodialysis is preferable
• 5+ years of proven success in leadership roles is required
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Exceptional analytical skills
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate others
• Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills
• Exceptional computer and technological skills
• Excellent management skills
• Strong time management skills and handle multitasking effectively
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, with TOEIC 700 above or equivalent
• A bachelor's degree in nursing or public health is a minimum, and a master's degree is preferable.
