摘要/Abstract
二手菸暴露已被證實為兒童問題行為的危險因子，然而，針對二手菸暴露與青少年早期飲酒之關聯性的研究相對較少。本研究旨在探討兒童二手菸暴露的不同時機（產前 vs. 產後）、累積程度，以及長期暴露的型態對於青少年飲酒行為的影響，並且探討可能存在的性別差異。研究結果顯示，產前二手菸暴露以及長期暴露累積程度都會提升青少年早期飲酒的風險，尤其是對於男性青少年而言。此外，如果兒童的長期二手菸暴露型態屬於「產前高暴露組」或「持續高暴露組」，相對於長期低暴露組而言，其飲酒的風險亦較高。
